• You must be 18 years or older to register and use this platform.

• Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without notice.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We are not liable for unauthorised access caused by shared credentials.

• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, manipulation of results, or sharing of confidential fix numbers.

• Accounts with no activity for more than 12 months may be deactivated.

• Deposits can be made via bank transfer, PEP store, Flash/Store cash deposit, or any accepted payment method listed on the platform.

• All deposits must be accompanied by proof of payment (screenshot or receipt) sent to our support chat for verification.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within 1 hour of verification.

• The minimum deposit amount is R20. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.

• We reserve the right to request additional identification before crediting large deposits.

• Fraudulent deposits or chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

• Example: If you wish to withdraw R1,000, you must first pay a processing fee of R200 (20%). Once the fee is confirmed, your R1,000 will be processed.

• The 20% fee covers payment gateway charges, verification, and processing costs.

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–48 hours after fee confirmation.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is R100.

• Winnings must be staked at least once on our platform before a withdrawal can be requested.

• We reserve the right to request identity verification (ID or selfie) before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals to third-party accounts (not in the registered user's name) may be delayed or declined.

• Attempting to bypass the withdrawal fee or providing false payment confirmations will result in permanent account ban.

• All staking must be done exclusively through our website. Bets placed through unofficial channels are not recognised or honoured.

• Stake amounts are subject to change based on platform conditions or special circumstances. You will be notified of any changes.

• Once a bet is placed and the draw has begun, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

• Winnings are calculated based on the official draw results. Any disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the result being published.

• We reserve the right to void bets placed on erroneous odds or where technical errors occurred.

• Minimum stake per bet: R10. Maximum stake is determined by your account tier.

• Attempting to place bets using automated scripts, bots, or unfair advantage tools will result in account suspension.

• Passkeys grant access to predicted fix numbers for a specific draw date and game. They are valid for the stated date only and cannot be transferred or reused.

• Fix numbers are strictly confidential and are for the purchasing member's personal use only.

• Sharing fix numbers — whether publicly, via social media, WhatsApp, or any other channel — is a serious violation of these terms. It causes significant harm to other members and the integrity of the platform.

• Any member found sharing fix numbers will have their account permanently banned with no refund, and may be held liable for losses incurred by the platform as a result.

• In the event that fix numbers are leaked publicly (as occurred on 8 July 2026), the platform reserves the right to alter draw conditions, adjust stakes, or request additional contributions from affected passkey holders to cover platform losses.

• Passkey purchases are non-refundable once the numbers have been delivered.

• Predicted numbers do not guarantee a win. The platform is not liable for losses incurred based on passkey predictions.

• VIP status is granted at the platform's discretion and may be revoked at any time for violations of these terms.

• VIP members are subject to the same 20% withdrawal fee as all other users — VIP status does not exempt any user from this requirement.

• VIP members receive priority support, early access to fix numbers, and higher staking limits, subject to platform availability.

• VIP membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has begun.

• VIP members who share fix numbers or engage in fraudulent activity lose their VIP status immediately with no refund or compensation.

• Members are expected to treat all platform staff and fellow members with respect in all chat and community interactions.

• Harassment, threats, abusive language, or discriminatory behaviour will result in immediate suspension.

• Do not post personal banking details, fix numbers, or confidential platform information in the community or public channels.

• False claims of payment, fraudulent proof of payment images, or impersonation of platform staff are criminal offences and will be reported to authorities.

• The platform's WhatsApp channel and community posts are for informational purposes only. Any fix numbers or tips shared there are supplementary and do not replace official passkeys.

• 49's is a predictions and staking platform. We do not guarantee winnings. All participation is at the user's own risk.

• We are not liable for losses arising from technical downtime, result disputes, or changes in draw conditions outside our control.

• The platform reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

• By registering on this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed here.
